Refunds Policy

Personalized digital reports have unique refund rules. Please read carefully.

Overview

SoulDecoded creates personalized digital reports based on the details you provide (currently Full Birth Name and Date of Birth). Because each report is custom-generated, refunds are limited once work has begun.

Effective date: August 23, 2025

Eligible for a refund

  • Duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same report.
  • Cancellation before generation: You request a cancellation before we start generating your report.
  • Non-delivery / technical failure: We’re unable to deliver your report and cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of your request.
  • Applicable law: Where required by law, we’ll honor statutory rights that may apply in your region.

When payments are enabled, refunds will be processed through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) back to your original payment method.

Not eligible for a refund

  • Work already started: Once we begin generating your personalized report, the order becomes non-refundable.
  • Delivered products: If your report has been delivered (including access to the PDF download), the purchase is final.
  • Incorrect intake data: Reports generated from incorrect or incomplete details you provided (e.g., wrong DOB or name). We’ll do our best to help with a one-time courtesy correction where possible.
  • Preference changes: Change of mind after generation has begun or after delivery.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@souldecoded.com with your full name, order info, and reason.
  2. We’ll confirm whether generation has started and review eligibility within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll initiate a refund via the original payment method. Timing may vary by bank/processor.

For corrections (e.g., a typo in your intake), contact us promptly—we can often fix it without a refund.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback for a validly delivered personalized digital report may delay resolution. We’re happy to investigate and correct mistakes quickly.

We may update this policy as we launch checkout and delivery features. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
